PC Compute License information is missing

Our license usage is always incorrect (missing). This has been an issue as far back as I can remember (n-3 versions?).  I can tell you that the licensing information from the API is the same (missing).  Any idea what the cause is and how to fix

The common factor is the r.cloudfront.net which I understand is the Amazon CDN. Any suggestions. I am awaiting TAC to do their troubleshooting. Going on second day. The logs show no blocks so far. The traffic is low risk as they .gov sites.

PrismaCloudの機能確認として、監視対象のAWSサーバに対して、外部のパブリックIPアドレスを持つサーバから50以上のポートを対象にポートスキャンしましたが、アノマリ検知アラートが上がりません。
アノマリ、アラートの設定の見直しは行っており、使用開始してから1ケ月以上の時間もたっているので機械学習なども特に影響はないと考えています。
