The Virtual Test Lab (VTL) offers an environment where users can practice and get familiar with the Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewall. The pre-built lab environment provides access to a Windows Server OS, two Linux server OSes and a Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewall. It allows users a fully isolated environment to freely configure and test different scenarios. Use this virtual playground to learn and test features or complex topics that you might not be able to do in your production network.
Step 1: Download the Virtual Test Lab Quick Start Guide
Step 2: Request your 4-hour Virtual Lab Session today by filling out this form
Pro tip: Downloading the Quick Start Guide prior to your lab session will help you hit the ground running.
To request your 4 hour Virtual Lab Session, you can either click on the link on the article above or directly at the following link and fill out the form. Please note you have to be a member of Fuel to receive access to the lab: https://forms.gle/iWNKDBsA6xsQoc2G7
@S.Jain712678 - You can access the lab in 4 hour increments. Once the 4 hours have expired, you can request access to the lab again. Please note that you have to use the 4 hours continuously (logging off will not stop the timer) and that at the end of the 4 hours you will lose your environment setup unless you download it to your local machine. To request access please fill out this form https://forms.gle/iWNKDBsA6xsQoc2G7 and don't forget to download the quick start guide above!
I'm trying to get access to the 4-hour lab but when I go to fill out the form it pops up a Google sign in account.
I am using this for my place of employment and only have a work e-mail address.
Why am I not allowed to fill out the form ?
Hello!
Thank you for reaching out! That message does not look like it is related to our system. I just double-checked and accessing the form does not require you to sign in. I suspect that is a requirement coming from Google, asking you to sign in to your own account before accessing the form. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
When I click on your link Google is inserting itself and I have no idea why.
Can you post the URL so I can copy and paste it to see what happens.
Thanks,
Eric
I have tried two different browsers - Edge and Firefox - for your link above that should take you to the form to fill out for access to the lab.
Per the screenshot below is what I receive on each browser after I click on your link.
I don't know why Google is inserting itself and asking me to login first.
I am a new hire on a company computer trying to access this training.
I have removed the google.com after docs. and before /forms - and it still does not work.
Q.) Could someone access the page for filling out the form and then post that URL.
If it fails on that test, then I'll give up since your link is somehow redirecting me.
It is nothing on my end.
To the person who is having problems with the Google form, you need to log into Google and fill out your form to be able to request lab time. Yes, this is a Google link and the fact that you are required to be signed into Google is to help prevent bots and other automated systems from accessing the Google form. Here is the link for you to follow: https://forms.gle/iWNKDBsA6xsQoc2G7
For @lskiran25 - once you fill out the form, we at Fuel will receive your request and as long as the email address you used when you filled out the form is an account registered to Fuel, we will get you set up for the lab. If your email address is NOT registered to Fuel, we will send you an email with a link so you can register.
Hope this helps!!
I was able to login with my Google creds and filled out the form a number of days ago.
Do you have a status update for whether or not I can use this test practice lab?
